GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • For directions to Kraken Bryant Street follow THIS LINK.
    Bryant Street is accessible by several Metrobus routes: D34, D36, and D74.

  • You can book right here on our website! All reservations must be made and paid in full at least 48 hours in advance. Please let us know of any additions/subtractions to your final guest count 48 hours prior to your booking.

  • It is wise to book group events in advance, however, we do accept walk-ins. Check out our schedule for availability and give us a call before you head in if you want to make sure courts, lanes or rage rooms are available.

  • We require a 48 hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund on your deposit.

  • Currently, we have a few snack items for purchase as well as a bar with beer, wine and canned cocktails as well as an assortment of non-alcoholic options. For private parties of 10 or more, we also offer catering packages. You may bring in a cake or cupcakes for a special occasion but other than that no outside food or drink will be permitted.

  • Children are welcome and encouraged! We do require that anyone under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Kraken is 21+ starting at 9 pm.

  • At this time, Kraken is not animal friendly. If your dog is a service animal, please see one of our ambassadors at the front desk upon your arrival.

  • Yes! Consider renting a court/rinkside cabana for your crew.

  • Yes. Roller skating is rolling away as Kraken evolves to bring even more fun for kids and families.

    We're making room for exciting new experiences based on what our community has been asking for. While public roller skating is coming to an end, Kraken is continuing to grow with new family-friendly offerings and even more ways to play.

PICKLEBALL

  • Our court reservations are for one hour blocks starting at 6 am. Rates are based on day and time. Please check our reservations page for more information on pricing.

  • Yes. We have paddles and pickleballs available. If you didn’t rent them online please see a crew member at the registration counter. We do require you to leave a valid, non-expired ID at the desk for any equipment rentals.

  • We’d love to bring your league here. Please head to our league page and fill out the inquiry form there to get started!
