Give-Back Day Guidelines
How it Works
On your Community Give-Back Day, your supporters can join in two simple ways:
Play with Us – Guests just mention your group at the bar, and their purchase will count toward your fundraiser.
Book Online – Supporters can also enter a special promo code we provide when placing online booking.
Community Days must reach a $100 minimum for donations to be processed.
If the minimum isn’t met, we’ll provide a donation card in support of your organization.
Eligibility
We love working with groups that reflect Kraken’s values and commitment to community. At this time, we cannot host fundraisers for:

Individual study abroad, gap year, or personal enrichment programs
Any request that doesn’t align with our community giving standards

Kraken will not partner with organizations that discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, political affiliation, or religious belief.

What is a federal Tax ID number (EIN)?
This is a unique nine-digit number issued by the IRS to identify your organization for tax purposes.
What if I don’t have one?
Check if your group falls under a larger organization (like a school district or umbrella nonprofit) that can provide one.
My EIN has fewer or more than nine digits.
All EINs should be exactly nine digits. Double-check with your organization or the IRS to confirm.
The tax info I submitted doesn’t match.
Make sure your organization’s legal name matches IRS records exactly—including details like “Inc.” or “Incorporated.”
I submitted the wrong EIN. What should I do?
No problem—use the contact link in your confirmation email to send the correct information.
Do I need to resubmit my EIN each year?
Yes, to keep everything up to date, we ask returning organizations to resubmit current tax info annually.
